It's Been A While!

It has been quite a while since I've posted on

here! Derrick is painting something new

every weekend, so we haven't been able to

get out much! 

Here are some things we have been up to!

Going out for some ice cream!

They were dressing up as daddy. =)

We celebrated Ariana's first birthday!

Lowynn wanted Derrick to draw him a mustache.

He loved it, and was so heartbroken when it got 

washed off on accident after he brushed his teeth.

We went on a field trip to the dentist.

We also registered Lowynn for kindergarten!

I cannot believe he is that old! He's growing

up too fast, I wish time would slow down!

Some Of The Remodeling!

We have been crazy busy, trying to get our room and

the playroom all put together. Derrick won't really

let me help, since I'm pregnant, so he's done pretty

much all of the work. His mom and Dennis have

helped a lot, too. Which we are so thankful for! 

This is where the door used to be going from the 

playroom and into the living room.

This used to just be a wall. We opened a doorway

up that will lead into our closet and bathroom! I

can't wait until that part is all done!

We bought new bedding to match our room, and I 

love it! We just need to get new night stands and 

our room will be complete! =)

It has been so stressful, but I am LOVING 

the results so far! =)

Remodeling!

We have started a crazy project! We are trying to make more space & a better layout for bedrooms. Derrick & I are moving our room to the main floor. We're making a master suite, so we'll have 2 bathrooms! Yay! =) I just can't wait til it's all done, I'm going crazy with all of the messes every where! Our kids will have our old room, which is a very spacious room. Then hopefully by next year, we'll be able to finish our basement. Then we'll have 4 bedrooms. It will be so nice to have everything finished! It is so chaotic not having a playroom right now! The toys are in the dining room, so the kids don't have their own space right now! I'm sure they can't wait for the craziness to be over with!

Family Time!

Toni was leaving to go surprise Chris for his homecoming

from Afghanistan. We all got together right before

she left and had dinner. It was so fun to visit

with everyone! We're going to miss her and Ariana! 

They'll be back, I think in March, so we'll have a little more 

time with them, before they go back for a while!

I love doing Oddessey's hair! I am so glad it is growing!

It's growing very slowly, but it's growing nonetheless! =)

Oddessey LOVES her daddy! She is a 

major daddy's girl, I love it! I love this picture!

She is pretty into dressing up as a 

superhero right now. This is her favorite

costume to wear. =)

She's in dance class, now. She is loving it!

She has gone 4 times so far, and she's starting

to remember the dance. When she's in a good

mood, I can get her to show me the dance 

moves. It's pretty cute! =)

Playing Batman! This is a regular

occurrence in our house. My family loves to 

play superheroes and run around the house. =)

He was the V.I.P in his preschool class.

He was pretty dang excited to take snack

and to get to sit in "the chair". =)

They celebrated his 1/2 birthday, since

his birthday is in July. He loves Twinkies!

He was pretty happy that his teachers 

gave him one!

This girl loves make up! She is constantly 

putting it on. I have to hide it, or she won't

leave it alone! =)
